A new appearance does not solve every website problem. Few enquiries may be related to the offer, form, traffic quality or missing information. Slowness may require image, theme, plugin or hosting changes. We investigate causes within the agreed diagnostic scope.
If a few views and a form are enough, we propose that scope. If the current structure prevents further development, we describe a larger redesign option. Complex issues may need a paid audit, with its scope and cost agreed before analysis begins.
What a redesign can include

What do we check at acceptance?
We agree the test list before work. It can cover mobile readability, menus, buttons, form delivery, SEO metadata and broken links. For performance changes, we record measurement conditions so before-and-after results are comparable.
If we configure analytics, we distinguish a click from actual receipt of an enquiry. Website improvements should also be judged by contact quality, rather than appearance or a single speed test score alone.

Can only part of the website be improved?
Yes, if the selected views can be separated from other dependencies. Before quoting, we check whether a local change needs work on shared components.
