Websites for nurseries
Parents need clear information about care, the daily routine and enrolment. A nursery website should make the setting and contact easy to understand, while allowing staff to update information without rebuilding the whole site.
Parent questions shape the structure
We begin with age groups, opening hours, settling-in arrangements, meals and contact. Fees and enrolment rules are presented separately. The nursery approves all factual information; an outdated list must not become a promise of an available place.
Enrolment without unclear messages
A simple form can collect contact requests or interest in enrolment. We explain whether submission is only an enquiry or a particular enrolment stage. Place confirmation needs a separate process. Initial data collection is limited to necessary information.
What can the website include?
- The nursery and its approach to care.
- The daily routine, settling in and practical questions.
- Fees and documents.
- Enrolment, news and contact with directions.
- Galleries of materials approved for publication.
Selecting and publishing children’s photographs requires separate nursery approval. A supplied gallery is not automatically treated as permission for public use.
Editing and acceptance
We agree who updates enrolment, fees and news. At handover, we test these tasks using examples and check mobile readability. Parents should quickly find the phone number and main rules without downloading large files.
Nursery website pricing
Locations, available content, documents, languages and enrolment functions affect scope. A parent portal, payments or external system integration are not default parts of an information website. Our portfolio includes Trampolina; see WebHeaven projects.
Must all texts be ready?
No, but we need confirmed operating rules. We can organize them into content the nursery approves before publication.
