Websites for moving companies

A customer planning a move wants to know whether you cover their route, what the service includes and how to receive a quotation. We design moving company websites that help collect this information in one enquiry. We define the offer structure, make mobile contact convenient and implement technical SEO foundations.

Ask about a moving company website

A website for the services you actually provide

Someone moving home chooses a supplier differently from a company relocating an office. We start by organizing the scope: apartment and house moves, offices, single-item transport, packing, furniture dismantling or storage. We show only services your company offers.

The service area reflects the routes you actually cover. If you handle international moves, we explain how dates are agreed and how to prepare an enquiry. We do not replace service information with dozens of identical pages containing different city names.

What the project can include

  • A homepage with the main services and visible contact details.
  • Service pages where the scope and audience genuinely differ.
  • An enquiry form covering the route, date and size of the move.
  • Presentation of the team, equipment and photographs you have rights to use.
  • Information about preparation, cooperation and quotation rules.
  • A mobile layout, WordPress content editing and SEO metadata.

We agree on the scope before work begins. Translations, booking systems, price calculators, integrations and subsequent advertising require separately defined functions and quotations.

A form that helps prepare a proposal

Instead of offering only an empty message field, the form can ask about collection and delivery locations, the planned date, floor, lift access and approximate transport requirements. We match questions to your workflow. A short local move need not require a lengthy questionnaire.

Photographs and further details can be collected later if needed for pricing. The form starts a conversation. It does not automatically show a binding price or confirmed reservation unless that process is implemented.

How the website is prepared

  1. Scope: we discuss services, coverage, customers and enquiry handling.
  2. Content and layout: we prepare the structure and agree on materials, photographs and customer questions.
  3. Implementation: we build the website, form and mobile version within the agreed scope.
  4. Acceptance: we check links, the form, mobile views, metadata and editing.

Experience presenting transport services

The WebHeaven portfolio includes VANonsite and 1wayeurope. Their project descriptions cover transport services, routes and enquiry journeys. They illustrate offer and contact organization; they are not claims about advertising campaign results.

How much does a moving company website cost?

We prepare a quotation after defining the number of pages, languages, available materials and form functions. Building a new site and redesigning an existing one also differ. Before work, you receive the scope, price and acceptance criteria. For initial contact, a service description and current website address are enough.

Questions before starting

Can I update the offer myself?

In a WordPress project, we agree which content is editable and demonstrate its management at handover. Functions requiring programming are distinguished from ordinary text and image editing.

Does the website include ongoing SEO?

Technical preparation and ongoing SEO have different scopes. We define the SEO foundations in the project and quote further visibility work separately. Publication alone does not guarantee rankings.

Can we keep the existing domain?

Yes, provided you have access and the technical conditions allow implementation. During a redesign, we check current addresses and prepare redirects where URL changes are necessary.

Describe your moving services and ask about the website scope. Our website development offer explains the general process.
