Website form and Lead Ads integration with CRM

A form can send an enquiry directly to CRM together with the service and contact source. We match integration scope to the form, available CRM interface and sales team’s workflow.

First decide what should be created in CRM

A contact, company, sales opportunity and salesperson task are different records. We define what a new submission creates and what happens if the person already exists. An existing customer’s new enquiry should not disappear just because the system recognizes their email.

Information mapping

  • Contact information needed for a response.
  • Selected service and enquiry content.
  • Form source and submission identifier.
  • Agreed information about the basis and scope of contact.
  • Record owner and initial handling status.

We do not send the entire form to analytics. CRM and traffic reporting serve different purposes and need separate data selection.

Meta Lead Ads forms

We separately check page, advertising account and form access, plus connector capabilities. Changing questions may require field mapping updates. Preserve the source form so the salesperson understands the advertised promise.

What if CRM does not respond?

We agree a retry queue or alternative notification and a way to recover unsent submissions. Customers must not receive false confirmation that their data was saved. After recovery, repeat transmission should not create duplicates.

Scenario-based acceptance

We test a new contact, another enquiry from the same person, a missing required field and temporary CRM unavailability. We compare values in both systems and assignment to the right employee. We also agree who monitors the connection after launch.

What determines the quotation?

Form sources, CRM objects, assignment rules and API availability. A ready-made connector may suffice, but its limitations must be compared with the required process.

Tell us your CRM and enquiry sources. We will check the possible integration scope.
